Since I don’t have Facebook (and won’t get it), is it just the forums are slow or does most of the discussions and topics happen on Facebook? Never have been a big fan of how a lot of orgs have moved so much to a service you have to basically sell your soul to be a member of (if you can’t tell I loathe Facebook).
I think most of the action happens on Facebook, really.
Although I do like to keep the forums up to date and Matt’s been doing a decent job of adding content here and there.
Happy to keep the lights on.
Ugh, so sad. I will not subject myself to Facebook. Guess it just means I’m like a tier two member missing out on some discussions. That’s life in the 2020’s I guess. I really hope Meta can be either broken up or just made to “go away” what a scourge on the world.
I don’t like Facebook either, but it’s where the people are, by a large margin.
Yea, I don’t know why. Most people in my immediate circle are not on it, including my parents (who interestingly enough question every one of their friends who are on it, my mom particularly thinks its awful, but she also extremely dislikes Zuckerburg). I was on it when it was for college kids only in the 00’s but killed my account in 2011, never looked back.
