Tire air compressor 4 tire hook up

So after three years, we have decided to invest in an air compressor system. Especially when we now live with trails within 10 minutes from the house. We don’t want it installed under the hood, that much I know.
I know we have vendors that sell them, but I don’t know what I am looking at or what I should get. PLEASE HELP!!!

There isn’t a lot of difference between some of the “better” Chinese compressors. If you can get the NAPA Twin compressor on one of those specials, it’s a pretty good deal.

There are probably 10 different brands that use these same compressors. The single is actually just about as fast, the Shrader valves are the constraint in most airing up/down, not the compressor. It’s way better under hood btw. JD Marz mount is cheap and awesome. No plug in, no forgetting, always available.

If you want a better quality unit, the VIAIR are nice. This is a good example, look at something with around 2.5 to 3 cfm @ 120psi. Much more and the harder valves on the tires themselves can’t take more airflow. I have one of these (slightly smaller 300p) and it works great. It does get super hot, like all of them. The ARB is pretty nice, higher duty cycle rating, good reputation. https://www.4wheelparts.com/product/arb-high-output-air-compressor-portable-kit-ckmp12f Lots of members have all three options and they alL work well.

I have the MORRFlate system with the Air hub and so far love it, the hub is nice because you can set whatever pressure you want it at and walk away and let it do it’s thing, works the same for airing up.
