I know that our club is interested in getting involved in trail clean up and advocates for Tread Lightly when we venture out on the trails. This is why it is so important.

Hopefully we will get something out on a more “official” relationship with Tread Lightly. A lot of the trail access issues are spearheaded by GLFWDA ( Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association), which we have also had some conversation with. To be a “co-operating” club the price was more than our currently proposed $25 annual “full member” dues for our club. More to come, thanks for keeping the issues in front of the club!

I’ve been a train enthusiast for a long time. And you learn at a young age. Don’t mess with trains. Stay off tracks, in fact I don’t go near tracks. That gravel road is too close for my comfort.
